How do I create a Sky's account?
Click the “Account” icon in the top right corner of the website, then select “Create an account.” It’s quick and free.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can place an order without creating an account. However, having an account makes tracking and returns easier.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you have an account, you can track it from your customer area.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Don’t panic! Click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are 100% secure thanks to our encrypted system.
How to apply a promo code?
Add your code in the dedicated field at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically before final validation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible via information@skys-store.fr.
Are the products available in store?
Not yet, but Sky's will be available in several physical outlets very soon.

What are the delivery times?
Our delivery times vary between 3 and 5 working days for mainland France.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, delivery is only available in France. We are working to expand this soon.
How to return a product?
For hygiene and food safety reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with a photo of the package and the affected product. We will assess the situation and propose a suitable solution if the problem is confirmed.

What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity. However, it is strongly recommended to order in bulk to benefit from a lower unit cost and to ensure sufficient stock to meet demand without the risk of stock shortages.

Can I sell your drinks online?
Yes, online resale is possible under certain conditions. We ask our partners to respect our brand image, recommended prices, and the use of official visuals. Some marketplaces may be excluded.

Do you deliver outside of France?
No, not at the moment. Sky's is currently only available in mainland France.
·• As soon as distribution is opened internationally, all our partners will be informed as a priority.
What are the delivery times for professionals?
For our professional partners, orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. The carrier then generally delivers within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
·• In total, allow an average time of 4 to 10 working days between order and receipt.
